NIKOLA, Residential Mixed Use Building

Scandinavian architecture meets the South Okanagan! Nikola will bring 127 condos and over 10,000 square feet of vibrant, medical commercial retail space to the Innovation District.

With strong amenities, catered for the Okanagan lifestyle, including an expansive roof deck with 360 degree views, Nikola will be the first of many buildings to deliver on the vision of an 'urban village' for the City.

Construction is expected to start early 2026, with completion in late 2028.

NEXUS, Medical Mixed Use Office Building

Designed to deliver 70,000 square feet of medical focused office space, daycare, and vibrant retail to this landmark location within the Innovation District. Due to its prominent site across from Penticton Regional Hospital, Nexus will set the tone for the entire 10 acre master planned community.

Diligently designed in mass timber, with key consultants including international architects at Arcadis, and experienced mass timber consultants from WHM Structural Engineering, GHL Code Consulting, and more, this project has received significant recognition, before it even breaks ground!

Delta, Master Planned Community

Nordel Village. Retail and Residential Community

We are working with the City of Delta on behalf of a local developer, we have designed a master planned community that will deliver over 1,000 new homes and 75,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. Construction will include both mid rise wood frame and high rise concrete buildings.

Penticton, Mixed Use Master Planned Community

Innovation District

Working with the community, we aim to transform this under utilized industrial property into a community hub, delivering much needed housing, medical office space, and amenities for locals and visitors, centred around the energy and employment of the Regional Hospital.
